Vicky Petalidou

I am an accredited Life, Health & Wellness Coach, Trainer and Mentor and a strong advocate of life balance.
My goal is to support and inspire you to thrive in life and achieve balance, good health & wellness.

With 27 years of corporate experience as a working mother, I deeply understand the challenges faced by high-achieving women—juggling time, managing stress, overcoming procrastination, nurturing self-esteem, and creating space for personal care, all while seeking balance or pursuing new career aspirations. 

Despite my professional success, I often felt stressed and depressed, overwhelmed by my emotions and struggling to manage my time. I frequently felt disconnected and unsure of who I was or what would bring me happiness.

I recognized the importance of holistic wellbeing and personal growth. Fuelled by my desire to improve my life and to empower others to lead fulfilling lives, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and education. I’ve studied and trained in several disciplines such as Life, Health & Wellness Coaching, Positive Psychology, Whole Person Health, and Nutrition.

In 2022 I founded Better Life Lab, a place to enhance wellbeing and optimize work-life balance. 
Through personalized coaching, group coaching, training and mentorship, I aim to empower women as individuals or within organizations to navigate challenges and lead fulfilling lives, highlighting the importance of mental health and well-being.

My moto “Everything happens for a reason” sums up my view that whatever happens, good or not so good, is an opportunity to learn and grow.
