Hi, I’m Vicky and I changed my life at the age of 45 by changing my mindset, my lifestyle and eventually my career!

With 27 years of corporate experience as a working mother, I deeply understand the challenges faced by high-achieving women—juggling time, managing stress, overcoming procrastination, nurturing self-esteem, and creating space for personal care, all while seeking balance or pursuing new career aspirations.

When back in 2020 I took the decision to change my lifestyle and take care of myself I didn’t expect that 5 years later I would be grateful for this decision! I’ve had a lot of obstacles to overcome and I’ve had a lot of work to do!
